<B>1、点击插件</B>

<B>注：外部链接指的是以http、ftp等开头的网络URL地址；而不是指自己电脑里的文件地址
一般情况下不建议用realplay视频文件，因为出来效果不好，推荐使用wma、mp3、asf等，每首歌最好加上歌词，音乐则加上相关介绍，纯音乐部分如发表整张专集的介绍更佳。</B>

你的步骤是没错，可是你找的地址都是错了，根本就不能下载，当然也就不能把歌连到论坛上了！所以建议大家在连歌的时候先尝试一下可不可以下载！可以了再把网址连到论坛上来！[em05]
